I will need your name, address, phone number and e-mail addy.  I will also need to know what items you desire on your page and how many of each item you want.  If there is a specific occasion I can put that on too, but you don't have to have an occasion. 

When I have all the information I will put up a page with your name on it, listing everything you want and how many.  I will put pictures of the item up also if I have them.  As people purchase items I will take them off your page.  There will be a link on this page to yours.  Just tell your friends and relatives to come to www.naturallivingbychoice.com , click on Gift Registry which will bring them here, and then find your name and click on that.
