Mold and Mildew Cleaner  The Allergy Relief Center brings you Safe Choice X-158. It is a premium quality, clear liquid coating for prophylactic use where mold and mildew are likely to appear. This is not a cleaning agent but a "clear defensive sealer" designed to encapsulate surfaces which would typically be subject to mold and mildew attack. It is ideal for use in unventilated, confined areas such as shower stalls, bathrooms and saunas, yet durable enough for use on roofs, air filtration systems and spa decks.

Safe Choice X-158 can be applied over any surface where mold and mildew might appear, including but not limited to tile, grout, epoxy coatings, rubber sealants, acrylic, wood, masonry and concrete including exterior walls and roofs.

Apply full strength with a sponge or preferably a hand sprayer.

Let dry. Repeat every 30-180 days, depending on results.32oz (946ml)
